Review Policy

I'm currently open to receiving books for review from authors and publishers. I accept both ARCs and finished copies. I prefer actual books compared to ebooks, but am willing to make an exception depending on the book.

If you are interested in your book being reviewed here on the blog, then please email me at jenelleriane(at)gmail(dot)com. Please include information about the book you want to be reviewed, including the summary, author, cover, and release date. A link to GoodReads would be appreciated as well. Please put "Review Request" in the subject area, and note that you found me from my blog.

I only accept YA books for review. I prefer paranormal romance, dystopian, steampunk and adventure. I'm not keen on reading contemporary or chick-lit novels.

If I do decide to review your book, I promise that my review will be an honest one, and unless you set a specific date, then I cannot guarantee and instant bump up my TBR pile. The review may take up to a week or two up to a month to get posted. And a positive review is not guaranteed; as I said, it will just be an honest one. But I don't degrade a book for no reason, so you don't have to worry about an unreasonably harsh review.

And for indie authors- I might be willing to give you a chance. Though it should be noted that I will be slightly hesitant, especially if it is unedited. I will be more open to indie authors whose books have been actually published (like an physical copy is being published) than to those who are only publishing as ebooks.
