Cover Reveal: Fireblood by Trisha Wolfe

Heeeyy, it's my birthday today! *throws confetti* Well, that year flew by fast! :P I know I haven't been posting that much, but I think I'll be taking a short hiatus until I'll be less busy. Besides, I'm gonna be getting a new blog design from Amanda, so maybe that'll inspire me to start spewing out more posts!

But anyway, here's the real reason why I'm writing this post. Today, I'm excited to be part of the cover reveal for Trisha Wolfe's Fireblood! Check it out:

To save a kingdom, Zara must choose between a prince who could be the answer and a rising rebellion that threatens to take control.
When Zara Dane is chosen to marry Prince Sebastian Hart, son of the man who ordered her father’s capture, Zara knows she must fight to save everything she loves from ruin.

Being betrothed to the prince means a life trapped behind the towering stone walls of the Camelot-forged realm. Under the watchful eye of the prince's first knight, Sir Devlan Capra, changing her future becomes difficult.

When an unlikely rebel reveals the truth about the deadly secrets that fuel King Hart’s twisted world, Zara’s path to rescue her father becomes clouded by deception. The Rebels clear her path by forcing Zara’s hand with an ultimatum: sway Prince Sebastian to join the Rebels, convincing him of his father’s evil nature, or they will take him out.

But Zara is uncertain about a future under the Rebels’ command and where the prince’s heart truly lies. She must decide who to trust, what to believe, and what she’s truly fighting for before the king destroys all of Karm, including her heart.

Doesn't it look awesome! I love how the cover captures the book perfectly! :D Anyone else adding it to their TBR list?

Cover Reveal: The Weeping by O'Dell Hutchison

Twenty years ago, Catherine Whitley was the victim of a horrible crime. Betrayed by her friends, including the boy she loved, she was left to die when the Rock Harbor Opera House caught fire, taking a disturbing secret with her to her grave.
Seventeen-year-old Heath Ingram was driving the night his Jeep careened off the road, killing three of his closest friends. Once a popular, outgoing athlete, Heath now suffers from severe depression and crippling anxiety. His parents decide to send him to stay with his uncle in Rock Harbor, Oregon for the summer, praying that by getting away he will be able to put this awful tragedy behind him.
When Heath starts working at the newly renovated Rock Harbor Opera House, he meets Molly, a young dancer who awakens in him a desire to start over and move on. But, when he begins having visions of a half-burned girl in a white dress, he starts to think he may be slipping even further over the edge.

As the apparent hauntings become more intense, Heath begins to fear for his safety. With the help of his friend Josie, Heath discovers an unsettling secret that ties the mysterious girl to both their families. When two of their friends die unexpectedly, Josie and Heath realize that something, or someone, is after the children of those who wronged Catherine, and they are next.

I am pleased to announce that The Weeping is going to be released as a paperback on August 8, 2012, and it has a brand-new cover! Now, I read The Weeping a few months back, and it was the perfect ghost story- seriously creepy! (Read my 5 Star review HERE!) And so, here are the covers of The Weeping, with the paperback edition on the right:

Isn't it cool? Personally, I like it way better than the original one. Oh, and the eBook version's just $2.99 for a limited time, so make sure to grab your copy!

Cover Reveal: Inbetween by Tara Fuller

Since the car crash that took her father’s life three years ago, Emma’s
life has been a freaky—and unending—lesson in caution. Surviving
“accidents” has taken priority over being a normal seventeen-year-old, so
Emma spends her days taking pictures of life instead of living it. Falling
in love with a boy was never part of the plan. Falling for a reaper who
makes her chest ache and her head spin? Not an option.
It’s not easy being dead, especially for a reaper in love with a girl fate
has put on his list not once, but twice. Finn’s fellow reapers give him
hell about spending time with Emma, but Finn couldn't let her die before,
and he’s not about to let her die now. He will protect the girl he loves
from the evil he accidentally unleashed, even if it means sacrificing the
only thing he has left… his soul.
It sounds so good, right? And that cover- its simple, yet beautiful. I really cannot wait to read this one! If you are interested, here are some links to check out:

Release Date:  August 7, 2012

And once again, here's the cover in its full sized glory, for your viewing pleasure:

Onyx: Cover Reveal

So the cover of Jennifer Armentrout's Obsidian created a pretty big buzz, right? I mean, look at that cover!

Gorgeous, isn't it? And when I read that Jennifer was rounding up bloggers to do her cover reveal of Onyx with her, how could I pass up the offer? Of course, there was something about winning a Pure ARC...

Okay, okay. On to the cover. For your viewing pleasure, here's both of them, side by side:

WOW, right? And here I thought the cover couldn't become any better after seeing Obsidian's. Of course, I haven't read Obsidian yet- it's not even released!- but I hope to soon. With covers like that, I bet the story is amazing.

Never to Sleep by Rachel Vincent

Don't Close Your Eyes.
Sophie Cavanaugh is not going to let her freak of a cousin's strange psychiatric condition ruin high school for them both. Not after all the work she's put into cultivating the right look, and friends, and reputation. But then, Sophie sees something so frightening she lets out a blood-curdling scream—and finds herself stuck in a bizarre parallel world where nothing is safe and deadly creatures lurk just out of sight, waiting for her to close her eyes and sleep...forever.
Could this world be real? Or does insanity run in the family...?
Oh my gosh. I am so so so excited. Rachel Vincent is one of my favorite authors EVER, and I really really want this so badly! I mean, look at that cover! It's eerie, creepy, and absolutely beautiful! Plus that summary... I never would have guessed that Sophie would be the narrator! But still... I NEED THIS NOW!

Ahem.

Anyway, there's another novella from months back. Heard of it?

This book is really, really good, narrated by Tod himself! Go read it before reading Never to Sleep! :D
